As I speak on behalf of all the Tina Arena fans out there, I realised I have not done a Best Of: Tina Arena entry.

You can purchase all of the songs mentioned now on ITunes or listen to my compilation on Spotify.

To my readers who are discovering this artist for the first time, here is all you need to know on the lovely and talented Tina Arena.

Tina Arena’s full name is Filipina Lydia Arena, born November 1st 1967, Melbourne Victoria. Tina was 8 when she started her career on family Australian program Young Talent Time.

From finishing at YTT at 16 in 1983, Tina pursued a solo singing career in the 1980s with “The Machine’s breaking down”, “Strong As Steel” and “I need your body” from her “Strong as Steel” album.

Unfortunately the single didn’t do well in the UK commercial charts as it was peaked at #43, while concurrent single I Want To Spend My Lifetime Loving You duet with Marc Anthony off the Mask Of Zorro Soundtrack was a French success, inspiring Tina to begin recording French songs.

I could go on and on but this is all in a nut shell.
Hope you enjoyed this entry as much as I enjoyed sharing it with you all.

Growing up listening to Tina Arena has made an impact on my life in so many ways.
Her strength and courage to get back up again over the years makes her a strong woman and human being.
I’ve had struggles in my life but I learnt to get back up again and do what I love and just be me.

It’s amazing how artists’ influence us in some ways which is all thanks to them producing such beautiful and inspiring music.
